The sunsets on Cape Cod never disappoint, especially when there are clouds in the sky and an amazing family to enjoy them with. I had the pleasure of a family photoshoot at Sunet in Brewster, Cape Cod with the McGee family as they celebrated Callum’s first birthday, capturing these precious moments in time.

One of the most incredible aspects of family photoshoots with little ones is how magical they can be when you let go of expectations and allow the children to have fun! While there’s often a bit of nervousness about how close it is to bedtime, I find that the excitement of the environment keeps the kids engaged and joyful. Family photoshoots at sunset truly are epic!

Memorable Moments

There were definitely some moments to remember – like when mama picked Eagen up and he stretched his hands up to the sky… we all know what he was asking for 😆 His mama threw him into the air and that always blows my mind. The strength of a mom. She got height and he was THRILLED! And then she did it again, and again, and again. At this point my arms were hurting for her! LOL!
