There’s nothing quite like capturing the love and joy of a mama…motherhood. That’s exactly what I got to do during a studio photoshoot yesterday, with a mama and her two little ones. It was a joy from start to finish, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Jenn was so sweet and friendly, and her two little ones were an absolute delight. The little girl, who is two years old, is full of energy and giggles, while her little brother, who is just one year old, is happy as long as he’s with his mama. Do you remember that time when your mom was the sun and the moon to you? Pure safety and joy in one person. One place. Together, the three of them made for an adorable and loving family. Dad came along and saved the day, a few times! Yes, we were not without bumps since little man was teething and not feeling the greatest. We can’t do it without dads, either! He was absolute star for their Family Christmas photos last year, too.

In the mix of individual shots and togetherness, we can see their unique little personalities and quirks, along with their beautiful bonds and love for each other. In the midst of teething, and not feeling the greatest, the person who was able to get the goofiest smiles out of little man was his sister. It was so much fun to watch them interact with each other and see those smiles blossom in spite of tired eyes and new teeth!

The mama and her two little ones were so loving and happy together, and it was an honor to be able to capture their special bond through my camera lens. I can’t wait to see where their journey takes them next, and I wish them all the love and happiness in the world.
